APHA # 985,700 Black Tobiano Colt born May 20th, 2010
For Sale This is Ebony's first colt and she has done another great job. Frodo is a black tobiano and has some really neat markings... lots of zigzags and spots! He has dark eyes. is straight and correct with a baby doll head. Conformation, color and pedigree! Frodo's sire is Royal Apache Tears and his dam is Royal Ebony Rose. We expect that he will finish in the 15.0 - 15.2 hh range. Frodo has a real champion pedigree that includes good working cowhorse lines, a bit of halter and some speed. He should make a very friendly, willing and versatile partner. Many people are not familiar with Save The Farm by Sonny Dee Bar. Besides being a Superior Halter horse with 57 points, he also had 115 performance points: 1 Cutting, 5 Tie Down Roping, 10 Heading with an ROM in heading, 1 Heeling, 3 Steer Stopping, 1 Trail and 94 points plus an ROM and Superior in Western Pleasure. Frodo's pedigree includes Poco Bueno, King, Three Bars, Leo, Doc Bar, Royal King, Sonny Dee Bar, Jet Deck, Moon Deck, Joe Reed, Triple Chick, Eternal Sun, Depth Charge, Painted Jewel, Top Deck, Old Tom Cat, Steel Bars, Good, Leolita, Hard Twist, Cowboy P-12 and Painted Joe plus many others.
