A good friend of ours from the USA, named her FISH GeeWally and while we thought it strange to name a fish, we really liked that name. We wrote it down to save for just the right colt... and 'gee wally'... we think this is the one!

First, was "Gee Wally... how many times can we get the same markings from this line". Chloe had an almost identical colt, Dooley, in 2009. We were heart-broken when Dooley broke his foot and after complications, had to be euthanized. Both of Chloe's foals have the same markings at the flank. We are sure that APHA will register him as a tobiano because there is a patch of color that crosses the back, but with the blue eyes and similar patterns, we are pretty sure he will carry the overo gene as well. Chloe looks like her dam, Friday Night Disco who looks like her sire Disco Dude by Scootin' Spook. That color pattern seems to end with Scootin' Spook as his parents had more color. So... gee wally... that is 5 generations of almost identical patterns and a lot of white!

Then we saw his ears... and that finished it! GeeWally has color only on the insides of his ears and evenly matched on both. He has no medicine hat or bonnet - his forelock and mane are all white! He has his Momma's two blue eyes and a bit of eyeliner on one eye. A tiny spot is all he has for a chest shield. We are sure that he will have his parents awesome disposition! 

Geewally has a champion pedigree and it is worth having a good look at.
